Customer Service Coordinator
South East London/Kent Border
Monday – Friday
We are working with a maintenance and new build services company on the Kent/London border that is looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to provide support to residents and clients via telephone and email.
You will be a key member of a team of three reporting in to the Team Performance Coordinator; you will be the resident’s first point of contact for any issues that may arise with their homes. You will then be giving advice/ support as first response before arranging engineers to visit.
The role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with one week in four 8am to 4.30pm.
Your experience must cover;
*Fault finding customer service experience
*Clear and concise telephone manner
*General admin support duties
*Updating CRM and sending our correspondence
Ideally, you will have experience from a Construction/ Housing business helping tenants and residents.
