We currently have a brilliant opportunity for Customer Support Executive / Sales Administrator to join an expanding company with an international presence in East Sussex.
They are leaders in their field with a number of patented designs. Expanding through numerous offices due to ongoing success.
*Inbound call answering/qualification and directing
*Provide administration support to the Sales & Marketing team such as basic pricing and quotes (full training to be provided)
*CRM cleansing and updating
*Follow up sales phone calls as required
*E-mail follow up of enquiries
*Booking of external meetings and calendar maintenance
*To assist with logistics for events and booking travel for all departments
*Catalogue & literature requests
*Experience with Microsoft Office suite
*Previous experience with client contact, internal sales and business telephone use
*Ability to collate and present important documents for high-level deals to be demonstrated.
*Experience using CRM’s
*A full clean driver’s license and vehicle is essential due to location of premises.
