Job description:

What you will be doing:
*Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to generate new leads the sales team
*Develop the website, video, SEO, apps and email marketing journey
*Planning, developing and continuing our digital strategy to deliver the best experience for our customers
*Strategising and analysing data to help make key decisions on where we should be spending our digital marketing budget to deliver optimum results
*Utilising key data to build personalised journeys for clients throughout our process, through email, SMS, advertisement and letters
*Working alongside the marketing team to deliver one coherent strategy and brand message, to ensure the best conversion opportunity
*Ensuring that our customer experience is positive throughout our digital channels, through great content delivery

Key skills and requirements:
*Marketing degree of CIM qualification
*Solid understanding of SEO principals
*Basic HTML coding experience
*Excellent knowledge of customer journeys and user experience
*Knowledge of PPC channels and Google Adwords exposure
*Experience with email marketing platforms
*Creative writing experience – copy, PR, content etc.
*Excellent analytical experience – Google Analytics, Heat Maps, Excel, Mouseflow etc
*Experience with marketing strategy and campaign delivery
*Previously managed agency relationships and briefs
*Good knowledge of marketing budgets and ROI
*Creative flair – Photoshop, Illustrator or video editing knowledge.
