Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Media, Ashford/Remote

We are recruiting for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager with a Paid Media specialism to join a small but expanding Digital Marketing Team and work on a portfolio of high-profile accounts.

The role reports into the Head of Digital Marketing and we require someone who can work autonomously. This will require you to be an expert in Paid Media and have held a reasonable budget for this area. They must also have a good understanding of Search Engine Optimisation, Analytics and Business Intelligence.

They offer flexible home working, but you will be required to be within a reasonable commute of the office to attend meetings when needed.

As well as a very competitive salary the client offers 34 days holiday, pension, gym membership and PDP’s.

Job Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you are expected to be able to work across marketing disciplines and will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of client activity in 3 key areas:

1.Paid Media (Must be an expert in this area)
*Setup and management of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Advertising
*Setup and management of paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
*Setup and management of display campaigns across Google and Microsoft Advertising
*Setup and management of audiences across all platforms
*In time looking to take paid media management to the next level, it will be vital to deliver efficiencies using Google Ads scripts or third-party tools such as Adzooma or Adalysis

2.Search Engine Optimisation (Need to have a reasonable understanding of this area nut not to technical delivery level)
*Interpretation of website quality audits
*Manage the delivery of keyword research for existing client web pages
*Manage the delivery of keyword gap analysis for client websites
*Manage the delivery of client content marketing plans

3.Analytics and Business Intelligence (This is preferred but not essential and can be learnt on the job)
*Management of Google Tag Manager containers
*Management of Google Analytics properties
*Definition and build of standard and bespoke reports in Google Data Studio
