eCommerce Administrator / Executive

Our client is a fast paced wholesaler supplying a fantastic range of products in to retailers and direct to consumers. The business started nearly 35 years ago and has grown into a multinational operation supplying to over 40 countries around the world.

They have doubled in size in the last 4 years with plans for further growth. Aside from good career opportunities and the chance to work with a growing international organisation, there is also an array of excellent benefits that the company offers.

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated, ambitious eCommerce Administrator / Executive to spearhead their journey in eCommerce across multiple platforms and marketplaces.

Working alongside a small close knit digital marketing team you will be responsible for maintaining and growing the ecommerce business on Amazon, eBay and their own eCommerce platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Maintaining both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central Account relationships – pricing / queries / support etc
*Managing product listings via Channeladvisor
*Implementing new channel launches via Channeladvisor
*Maintaining product data
*Uploading and managing products across our Magento 2 platform
*Ensuring customer complaints and feedback are dealt with in a timely manor by the customer service team
*Training the customer service team/updating training when new processes/marketplaces/services are added

Requirements
*1-2 years experience dealing with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
*Background in eCommerce and online selling in general
*A creative eye and understanding of the target audience
*Good spreadsheet skills
*Very good attention to detail
*Experience with Magento would be a good benefit but is not essential
*Experience with Channeladvisor would be a good benefit but is not essential
