We are currently working with a leading global manufacturer of specialist products.
Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an Export Supply Chain Administrator to join their team on a temp-perm basis.
The Export Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible initially for all administration duties including scanning collection sheets, booking with forwarders, taking and processing European orders, working with the Middle East and ad hoc daily tasks such as answering and screening calls, managing emails and proof of Export. The role will develop into an Export Coordination role.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a supply chain environment and have good knowledge of Export documentation – exposure to the Middle East would be advantageous. Previous SAP experience would also be useful as well as being a confident individual with the ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email.
Hours for this role will be Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm. Hourly rate will be up to £12.30 depending on experience.
