Our client a small office based close to West Malling is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team. You will be assisting the team manager in all aspects of finance administration so previous experience is a MUST.
*Dealing with all holding and damage deposits
*Preparing financial reports
*Reconciling bank account
*Post and arrange refunds
*Assist the team manager with budget and precept calculations
*Assist with payroll and year end payroll for up to 15 staff
*Assist with inputting VAT return
*Maintaining the banking spreadsheet
*Updating social media channels with announcements
*Assisting with running quarterly events
*Dealing with bookings whilst other staff are on holiday
*Reporting issues to local authority
The ideal candidate will be friendly, switched on have proven finance experience coupled with intermediate MS packages including Excel. You will also have a good sense of humour and be flexible and helpful to turn your hand to all tasks. For your chance to interview please apply today.
