Sports Play Area Foreman/ Grounds Worker
£130 – £150 p/day
6 months work through to the autumn

We are working in partnership with a client who creates a multitude of outdoor sports facilities for both private use and public use. They are looking to expand their team with an experienced Foreman/ Grounds Worker.

The range of surfaces includes 3G for hockey and football use, open-textured porous macadam for tennis and also resurfacing and painting concrete play areas.

They work with schools, colleges, universities, public play areas as well as private homes and gardens.

Your role, within the team of six, will be to the whole life cycle of creating a court or play area, from ground formation to levelling the geotextile membrane, to laying the sub base layer to then laying the texture required.

Your role will also include;
*Removal of old sockets
*Laying out and working out the area up to curbing
*Drilling post hols for fencing
*Installation of fencing
*Laying membrane ( texture dependant on requirements)

What you will get in return
*£130 to £150 per day worked
*March to September work guaranteed
*Equipment provided
*Travel Expenses

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Foreman to provide skills to new developments across the county and in to Essex. Jobs range from a standard tennis court to a site of 6 football pitches.
