We are working with a progressive and globally recognised energy company who are looking for a SSHE Co-ordinator to join the SSHE team at their UK refinery in Gravesend, Kent.

Your prime responsibility will be to provide support as part of the Safety Security Health and Environment Team to all company activities ensuring the safety and health of employees and the protection of the environment. You will monitor and implement the compliance with legislation, company policy and best practice.

The role will see you involved in and assisting incident investigations and to discover the root cause of the incident for prevention management.

Your responsibilities will also include;

*Supporting company compliance with ISO14001:2015
*Monitoring key activities falling under Environmental Management System
*Implementing corrective measures with regard to Health and Safety
*Assist in training and development with regard to SSHE

Your experience must include;

*Degree level candidates only considered
*National General Certification in Occupational Health and Safety
*Good knowledge of UK and European Safety Legislations
*Excellent communication and presenting skills
*MUST understand SIGO systems and ISO14001
