We are currently working with a leading provider of online and mobile casino games. Their portfolio of games includes a wide range of video bonus slot machines and a unique collection of games optimised for smartphone and tablet use.
Due to growth, they are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager. Reporting to the CEO, the HR Manager role is broken down into two key areas. You will manage all recruitment activities and will also be responsible for all HR related duties for the company.
Responsibilities will include:
*All matters of employee relations and providing advice and guidance to senior management.
*Pay and reward – management of employee’s salaries and bonus schemes.
*Coordinate annual performance reviews with senior and middle management.
*Maintenance and update of all HR policies and procedures.
*Being one step ahead at all times in the management of staff welfare. Proactively getting involved in organising a variety of social activities throughout the calendar year.
*Holiday & sickness absence management.
*Working in unison with the accounts team to ensure all salary data has been entered and submitted accurately.
*Being the main point of contact for their outsourced pension management advisors.
*Maintenance and upkeep of employee databases.
*Daily, weekly and monthly management reporting and maintaining a flexible approach in attending meetings.
*Full end to end recruitment activities up to and including the offer and induction of employees.
*Dealing with recruitment agencies when it is needed.
*Ad-hoc meetings with management on recruitment progress.
*Manage all HR activities and liaising with the HR Officers based globally.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
*Educated to Degree level in an HR related subject.
*Successful HR generalist experience.
*Have strong experience of recruiting.
*Up to date with UK Employment Law.
*Be experienced in all matters of ER.
*Have experience of working with strong personalities.
*Be energetic, hands on and always willing to get stuck in.
