Kings Hill – Remote working options available
Full-time 37 hours per week – Part-time working options available
£25,000 – £33,000pa + 33 days holiday, pension, parking, and more
KHR are currently supporting a business with offices based in West Malling that partners with businesses to deliver insight-driven solutions across IT, HR, and Finance.
The Internal IT Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for providing a cost-effective and efficient recruitment service for internal customers with specific responsibility for ICT recruitment. You will work closely with the management team to identify current and future recruitment needs, along with the management of the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
Have experience in a similar role – internal/in-house recruitment or IT agency
Knowledge of current compliance and legislation including IR35 and “right to work” checks
IT literate – CRM, Job Boards, Applicant tracking systems, MS Office
Solid communication skills both verbal and written
Proactive, resilient, and hard-working
