We are currently recruiting for a fantastic international organisation, based on the outskirts of Maidstone, that are seeking to recruit an experienced IT Support Analyst.
The role will require you to will provide Network Infrastructure, Network Applications and Help Desk support to the organisation. This position provides hands-on support across all business environments and responds to all requests for technical support and assistance. The scope encompasses any or all the organisation’s LAN, WAN, Telecommunications, Cloud, Security, and Desktop systems.

Duties will include:
*Provide End User IT Help Desk support, including user provisioning, system setup, onboarding, application training, and support
*Work with outside vendors and resources to ensure the availability, security and integrity of LAN, WAN, Cloud and Telecommunications solutions are maintained
*Support global manufacturing application engineers
*Be the face to the customer for issue resolution and overall incident management. Ensure requests are prioritised and escalated as needed
*Help drive the adoption of new tools, technologies, solutions and techniques that drive continuous improvement and efficiency within IT and across the business
*Be responsible for problem management activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis
*Develop work plans and track/report status of assigned projects/tasks
*Define, develop and present metrics
*Follow defined Change Management policies and procedures
*Provide Project Management oversight

Education / Experience
*Bachelor’s degree or extensive experience and relevant certifications
*Experience working in a Windows-based environment supporting end users with different technical requirements and knowledge
*Familiarity with the customer-facing and back-end support for security, communication, collaboration, and backup and recovery systems
*Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, Telecommunication, Cloud and Network Architectures.
*Knowledge of manufacturing operations would be ideal
*Experience with Microsoft 365 end-user tools, administration and Azure
*Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are a must as this person will interact with the user community over the phone, through email, and face-to-face
*Ability to meet deadlines, maintain an attention to detail and accuracy, while working independently and in a group or team environment
*Must exercise good judgement and decision-making skills and have the ability to adapt in a continuously changing environment
*Troubleshooting skills
