We are currently working with a leading National Financial Services provider.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join their team based in West Malling.

The L&D Manager will be responsible for:

Building and advising on L&D initiatives to support the business and deliver results.
Supervising the L&D Coordinator.
Driving employee engagement through learning and development.
Oversee qualification work and maintain all relevant records.
Deliver new performance review process and train Managers on this.
Run regular audits.
Arrange and deliver quarterly Corporate Inductions to new starters.
Keeping the L&D section of the intranet up to date.
Responsibility for the apprenticeship programme.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

At least 3 years’ experience working in HR or Learning & Development, ideally within a professional services environment.
Excellent knowledge of the L&D business function.
Relevant degree or CIPD Level 5 qualified.
Experience of strategy and design of L&D plans.
Experience in delivering training.

Hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
