As a Major Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing client accounts to ensure that their current and future needs and requirements are met at all times.
You will be responsible for enhancing the brand working with the Sales team.
Furthermore, you will use your business experience, contacts and knowledge to help the company refine and improve processes, procedures, and objectives as part of the group.
You will be responsible for driving client strategy by becoming the primary client contact for your key clients, whilst driving growth through existing clients by developing a proactive action plan.
You will produce an agreed account action plan in order to deliver against the plan. You will be a leader in all assigned accounts, by offering direction and support ensuring the company has the correct levels of knowledge and skills to grow the account.
Part of your duties will be to provide full account management for all assigned client accounts on a regional or global basis where defined.
You must be able to use your own initiative to maintain and grow existing client accounts, whilst operating within acceptable commercial terms and contractual documentation.
This is a targeted role. You must be able to establish a good working relationship with clients and commercial partners and be aware of the functions of other departments by liaising with them to ensure customer expectations are met.
You will use your business experience and product knowledge to execute a tender response when required.
You will attend regular client service reviews and undertake account development initiatives.
You must be willing to expand your knowledge of the companies and competitors products and the environment in which they are deployed.
Your role will require you to identify and report market trends and opportunities whilst liaising with other suppliers such as PBX vendors, voice recording companies, and carrier companies.
