Office Administrator
Mon-Fri – fully office based.
8.30am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Based in Northfleet.

I’m currently recruiting for a leading Medical Manufacturer, who is looking to recruit an established Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years Administrative experience and has first hand knowledge with elements of HR Administration duties too.
This role is pivotal to help offer administrative support to the Management Team and the business.

As an Office Administrator you will be required to adapt quickly and work across various teams within the business, assisting with their work requirements.

Duties Include:
.Diary Management, sending out meeting requests and booking meeting rooms/ venues
.Booking travel, accommodation and taxis as required
.Supporting the marketing team with events/activities such as Trade Shows & Customer Events
.Supporting the Operations Manager with office relocation due in the summer
.Supporting the sales team with diary management, travel arrangements and customer relations initiatives
.On-boarding of new starters, organising IT access and general induction process
.Completing leavers documentation and ensuring leaver process is carried out
.Assisting with payroll administration and queries related to this
.Playing a leading role in staff engagement and events planned.
.Be flexible with tasks required, and be adaptable for the business.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate drive and passion within the role and will be open to bringing new initiatives and ways of working to the company to help with efficiency. You should have strong IT skills and be competent across all Microsoft packages, with a methodical and organised approach to work.
