A well- established Motor Insurance firm are currently seeking Outbound Customer Service Agents for their Claims department in Liverpool (L2).

– To provide an outbound telephone service to our customers following a report of their
– To offer policyholders advice, support and additional services to aid in their recovery
after a road traffic accident
– Service and complete a daily workload as per the call sheet of warm leads
-Attention to detail
-Strong customer service skills
-Persuasive, strong and confident communicator
-PC literate with excellent administration and processing skills
Experience in motor claims is advantageous but not essential.
Salary on offer is £16,000- £19,000pa.
Benefits of the role include: Pension, Holiday (20 days minimum)
The role of the First Response Handler will operate on a shift pattern.
