Part Time Office Administrator / PA (Temp to perm)
We are working with an exciting new start up near Tonbridge who are looking for an experienced administrator/PA to look after many duties within the office.
The company are in a time of expansion and it is a very exciting time to be joining them.
They are a small but friendly team and have a positive culture.
*Dealing with all sales enquiries on the phone and via email
*Action the orders appropriately on the system
*Be the first port of call for any follow ups from the client orders
*Support director with diary management
*Managing the post in and out of the business
*Ensure all facilities are in order and liaise with appropriate contractors
*Producing letters/emails under director’s instruction
*Act as receptionist for any client, guest or subcontractor coming to the business
*Answering the phone and action the queries appropriately
*Filing and ensuring the office is organised and tidy
*Being a small company, you must also be able to make a good cup of tea!
*Previously used MS Office such as Word and Excel.
*Good grasp of spelling, grammar and business English. You must be able to produce an email and/or letter from scratch in business terms.
*Ability to prioritise
*Good work ethic
*Can work in a pressurised environment
*Calm and collected
*Can work autonomously. We need someone who will find things that need doing and not need to be given continual direction from management.
*Happy to work as part of the team, but be happy managing the office on their own occasionally if others are off site.
We are looking for someone who will take this role and make it their own. While there are a number of duties listed they are in a period of growth and this role is not restricted. They are open to people coming in and suggesting changes and developments to add value and efficiency to the business.
