Receptionist/ Administrator – Starting Tuesday 17th May
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm

KHR are working with a market-leading company based in Sittingbourne who are looking to recruit a Receptionist/ Administrator on a temporary basis. This is an office-based role, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors entering the reception area, providing a positive and friendly service. You will also provide administrative support. Duties listed below:
*Provide Administrative support and reception service
*Manage incoming telephone calls
*Maintain visitor signing-in sheets
*Sort and distribute of mail
*General admin including filing, photocopying, scanning etc
*Maintain a tidy, well-presented reception area
