A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join a wonderful company based in the Kings Hill area on a temporary basis. You will be available to start ASAP and be available until October time.
Your main responsibilities are listed below:
*Meeting and greeting clients
*Answering and filtering all incoming telephone calls
*Taking down/ passing on detailed messages
*Answering general day to day enquiries via telephone and email
*Ensuring the reception area is kept clean and presentable at all times
*Other general administrative duties

*Have excellent IT skills
*A proactive and efficient individual
