A reputable wholesaler based in Tonbridge are looking for an experienced sales administrator to assist in the preparation of quotes, client liaison and general office administration and support.

You will be responsible for maximising the success rate of sales opportunities by ensuring enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and sales are followed up with prospective clients in a timely manner. You will coordinate technical and financial information required for quotations that are provided by other members of the team.

As a Sales Administrator your duties will consist of:

o Answering general customer enquiries (email & phone).
o Ensure company database system is updated with all sales activity.
o Processing orders and invoices.
o Liaising with sales representatives, warehouse and purchasing staff.
o Working as a team member to facilitate the smooth running of the business.
