We are currently working with a leading European manufacturer based in Aylesford.
Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their established team based on a full time, permanent basis.
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
Inputting and processing sales orders
Communicating with couriers
Obtaining POD’s/ETA’s from couriers
Central point of contact for customers
Communicating with accounts
Liaising with warehouse/field staff
Monitoring stock levels
File and process claims for lost or damaged goods with couriers
Provide customers with quotes
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong Sales Administration background with experience processing orders and liaising with customers. You will be an enthusiastic team player that can work under pressure and multitask.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing business and work for an MD who really looks after his employees. Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-2.30pm. Benefits include a 10% annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 5% pension.
