We are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator/PA based near Maidstone for approximately 8-12 weeks. There is also potential for this role to go permanent.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and computer skills, you must be able to interact at all levels and be able to use social media.
You will be required to:
– Organise events and produce marketing to attract people
– Ensure all paperwork for the events is complete and the database is kept up to date
– Deal with queries from the public
– Keep in touch with customers in a professional manor
It is desirable for you to have experience with events or fundraising.
Own transport is essential due to location and being required to travel for work purposes.
