Our client is part of a growing group of companies who are the 4th largest mail delivery operator in the UK. They specialise in national and international mail and courier distribution services, hybrid mail solutions, and bespoke e-commerce and fulfilment solutions.

Due to recent expansion they are pleased to announce the opening of their Kent hub in February 2018. They are seeking a Senior Client Services Executive to join their team to embark on an exciting new challenge for their business. You will be positive, conscientious, reliable and hardworking. With the ability to direct a small team with the support of their Management Team, ensuring that their client base receives the best possible service at all times.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable organising team members to meet reporting deadlines and at the same time will be in their element dealing with clients daily, resolving their delivery problems and escalating issues through service providers to come to effective resolutions with minimum inconvenience to the client.
As Senior Client Services Executive, you will ensure that they retain their client base through Customer Service Excellence and will set a brilliant example to the team who will escalate matters to you daily for resolution. You will use your previous experience in customer services along with their senior management teams expectations to form your exciting new role and make it your own.
An ideal candidate will be a true people person who is supportive, well organised, flexible, reliable, numerate and literate with a good attitude to hard work and problem solving. Candidates will be required to use various computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as the internal systems for which training will be provided.
A good telephone manner is essential as is the ability to provide clear communication by email using good literacy. Candidates should show initiative and work very well under pressure.

Duties will include:

Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager and Client Services Assistant Manager
Answering emails and dealing with clients on the telephone

Arranging quotations, queries and complaints to be resolved and logged accordingly
Supervising the team, ensuring that reporting deadlines are met, and client queries are resolved
Assisting with the creation of team KPIs
Liaising with staff internally and service providers to ensure client satisfaction at all times
Problem solving surrounding delivery issues

Assisting with training, time management of the team and general staff supervision

The right candidate will be:

Confident and friendly
Have the ability to multi task and have exceptional organisation skills
Show attention to detail
This role would suit someone who works well within a fast-paced customer focused environment.

Knowledge of Outlook and Excel is a must.
