Service Coordinator/Manager
£25,000 – £30,000

We are working with a national leader within the security sector who is looking for a Service Coordinator/ Manager for their head office near Orpington. The role will be the day to day running of all aspects relating to the service department.

You will be working within an office of over 30 staff ranging from Sales Account Managers, to Administrative Support, to Finance and the Engineers. You will be directly in charge of coordinating the service engineers as well as acting as a technical support source to any client queries.

Your role will include;

*Taking service calls and assisting a customer at the first port of call
*Liaising with the engineers and organising their daily rounds
*Arrange and book site visits/ callouts/ planned maintenance appointments
*Administration duties with raising service calls/ closing service calls down/ renewals of service contracts

Your experience must cover

*Being hardworking and have a professional manner
*Strong communicator and influencing skills
*Reliable, consistent and self-motivated
*Industry experience will be useful within the security sector
*You’ll need to be technically minded
*Good geographical knowledge of South and South East England
*Proficient in Microsoft Office

This is a great opportunity for a service assistant/ coordinator or a Service Manager to work for a leading firm within the security sector. Full product training will be given.
