We’re currently working with a leading fresh produce business based in Maidstone.
Due to seasonal volume of work, they are currently seeking a temporary Receptionist/Administrator to join them until the end of October.
Responsibilities will include:
Record order information on a computerised system.
Reconcile invoices against orders placed and prepare for payment within
Investigate invoice queries in a timely manner
Obtain proof of delivery documentation for invoice disputes
Arrange and record stock transfers between sites and credit/debit the
correct accounts accordingly
Other ad hoc duties as required
Filing and archiving where appropriate
Assisting in answering the departments phone calls and queries via email
Producing manual invoices and credit notes as and when required
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Experience working in a comparable administration role
Ability to relate to key client personnel in a professional, credible and
Well-developed personal and written communication skills, including the
ability to communicate with a wide range of employees and customers
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a small team
Proactive approach and prompt responses to all service requests
Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to handle a
number of tasks at once and meeting deadlines as required
Good IT skills including experience of Microsoft Packages and any be-spoke
Hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 9.30am-6pm with an hour for lunch. Due to location, a driver is preferred. Candidates must be able to start immediately.
