David was unsure of what he wanted to do when he left university and having completed a degree in Business Studies with HR he fell into recruitment at the end of 1998. During this time he has only worked for two agencies, his first job where he learnt the trade was as an IT recruiter based in Croydon before joining KHR August 1st 2005. Charlotte started her career in the Retail sector as a Manager for M&S, after completing her A-levels. While at M&S, Charlotte became a sponsor for the M&S Management Programme, which involved assessing prospective managers and supporting them through their 12-month programme. Following the COVID-19 pandemic and a short stint of working in the same store as her husband, Charlotte decided to use her skills in a new challenge and joined KHR, as a Resourcer and made a significant impact so was promoted to Consultant.
