PR Executive & Copywriter

Our client is a vibrant creative agency based in Paddock Wood.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an experienced PR Executive & Copywriter to join their established team.

The PR Executive & Copywriter will be responsible for:

Writing press releases, issuing to the media and following up with journalists to gain maximum coverage for clients.

Identifying newsworthy hooks for future press releases and reacting to media enquiries.

Building and maintaining relationships with key journalists in regional, national and trade press.

Managing and creating content for social media accounts.

Setting up and arranging lunches/meetings for clients and key media contacts.

Maintaining media schedules and press clippings folders.

Delivering a full service PR programme.

Copywriting for all areas of the agency including brochures, websites, adverts, leaflets, blogs, email campaigns and newsletters.

Proofreading all agency material to ensure accuracy and tone of voice.

Creating both short form copy (eg. straplines or social media copy) and long form copy (eg. brochure copy or award entries).

Identifying relevant industry awards for clients to enter and delivering the submission from start to finish including initial research, interviews, copywriting, image choices, designer brief, printing brief and final delivery.

Managing AdWords and Google Display Network accounts.
Creating analytical reports on marketing activity (using Google Analytics and social media insight tools).

Arranging photography and video shoots.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Eye for detail and indepth knowledge of grammar.

Our client is a leading Marketing Agency based in Paddock Wood.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an experienced CGI Artist to produce high quality work for their client base, both still and animated imagery.

The CGI Artist will be responsible for:

Participating in a variety of projects within the CGI Studio, creating photo-realistic scenes for the automotive industry and other high end product manufacturers.

Light and render high resolution imagery and animated sequences through to final work pieces.

Photograph and collect textures/references for specific tasks, for example, CGI set builds.

Take responsibility for a number of projects, always keeping management informed of progress and any issues that arise.

Consistently share knowledge and work at team meetings to gain valuable feedback and participate in the continual development of the CGI Studio.

Proactively develop your technical skills using Max, Maya and Rhino, contributing towards the overall efficiency of the CGI Studio.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

A solid record of producing CGI for still imagery, 360 spins, animated sequences and fully rendered product visualisation sequences.

Strong understanding of CGI pipelines for producing a range of final assets.

A team player with excellent communication skills, able to work to multiple project deadlines.

Experience with 3D Studio Max or Maya software and VRay rendering.

This is the ideal position for an experienced accounts and finance professional that is looking to work for a successful local business.

The ideal individual will meet the following requirements;

– Previous bookkeeping experience
– Ability to work to deadlines
– Work under own initiative

– AAT qualified – preferred

Core responsibilities of the role will include, yet not be limited to the following;

– Bookkeeping
– Chasing payments
– Raising customer invoices
– Issuing customer statements on a fortnightly/monthly basis
– Managing customer rebates – accruing, issuing statements and reconciling against payments

Materials Planner – FMCG

If you have previous experience in supply chain or stock control, and have worked in a planning or scheduling role doing forecasting and liaising with warehouse staff, then this might be the job for you.

Operating from their site near Paddock Wood, this role offers a competitive basic salary.

Full-time, 12 month contract.

Responsibilities for the Material Planner:

Including but not limited to:

– Delivery of MRP processes to sales, production and procurement teams
– Liaise closely with other departments in order to obtain up-to-date information for short, medium and long-term planning.
– Communication and delivery of MRP results
– Updating of stock and order information
– Administration and other ad-hoc

The Candidate

– Previous supply chain/stock control experience
– FMCG exposure preferred
– Experience working in a planning / scheduling / coordination role essential
– Organised and efficient
– Confident and professional telephone manner
– MUST be available to start immediately (1 week maximum)
