Night Shift Pickers

Location: High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00pm-5:00am (45hpw)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for multiple Night Shift Pickers to join a busy sorting production line in High Brooms near Tunbridge Wells.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term role, with the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment.

The Role

Working as part of a team on the picking line, your duties will include:

– Working on a fast-paced picking line
– Sorting and separating materials
– Ensuring materials are correctly identified and processed
– Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
– Following health & safety procedures at all times
– Working effectively as part of a team

About You

We are looking for people who are:

– Reliable and punctual
– Hardworking and physically fit
– Must provide your own safety boots
– Comfortable working night shifts
– Able to work at pace and remain focused
– A good team player
– Previous warehouse, yard work, production or picking experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided
