Our client is a leading UK provider of bespoke security systems.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Estimator with a hunger for success and a passion for sales to join their fast-paced environment and drive new business opportunities. This role offers a clear progression plan which will see you working towards managing the estimating department.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing the estimating department
Deliver quotations to customers within agreed-upon timescales
Conduct cost analysis to see where costs can be reduced or improved
Offer customers accurate lead time estimates
Build customer relationships
Hit KPIs to achieve bonuses
Proactively seek new business opportunities

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Previous experience in a senior estimating role, ideally from an engineering/manufacturing background
Sales focused
Used to working in a fast-paced environment
Have a practical mindset

Hours for this role are Monday to Friday either 7am-4pm or 7.30am-4.30pm.
