Continuing on with our theme this week here are further examples of unusual interview questions that employers may ask:
If you were a fruit, what kind would you be, and why?
What was the last thing you Googled?
If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be, and why?
What is your favorite color, and what does it say about you?
If you could have any superpower, what would it be, and why?
If you were stranded on a desert island and could only bring three items, what would they be, and why?
What is the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen recently, and why did it catch your attention?
If you were a character from a TV show or movie, who would you be, and why?
What is your favorite hobby or pastime, and how does it relate to your work?
If you could live in any time period or era, what would it be, and why?
It’s worth noting that these types of questions may not be directly related to the job or position, but they can be used to assess the candidate’s creativity, problem-solving skills, and personality. As a job candidate, it’s important to be prepared for a variety of interview questions and to approach them with honesty and confidence.
