KHR is working with one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK, which currently has a great opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join their Billings Team on a full-time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be able to create invoices using a bespoke invoicing system, carry out checks using Excel and other client booking platform reports, and cross-check service provider data against in-house information to ensure that all data has been captured.

Duties of the Accounts Administrator will include but are not limited to:

– Invoicing using the bespoke invoicing system within set SLAs
– Invoicing utilising Excel to create the backing data and reporting within set SLAs
– Invoice checks utilising multiple booking platforms and service provider data
– Uploading Invoices to Sage Line 200 accurately
– Effectively investigating invoice query cases and providing detailed responses
– Raising Credit Notes Data input for invoicing
– Liaising with staff internally and service providers to always ensure client satisfaction
– Billing Team email monitoring using Salesforce

Standard hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.

£25,000pa – £28,000pa + holiday, pension, equipment, training and progression.

The business is based in Larkfield and offers hybrid work, 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home once you have completed 6 months probation.

KHR has partnered with one of the quickest-growing businesses in Kent who at present, due to business demand require a highly efficient and organised Assistant Cash Accountant for an immediate start.

This is a critical role in managing the company cash flow, ensuring accurate company transactions, and maintaining financial integrity across the organisation.You will report into the Assistant Financial Controller and your key responsibility will be the recording of all cash transactions, completing reconciliations and investigating unreconciled data.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Assistant Cash Accountant will include:

– Preparing the monthly and quarterly cash flow forecasts ensuring the updates are completed daily and accurately
– Accountable for the daily upload of invoicing and bank account process, reconciliation of payments, receipts and operational processes
– Responsible for the daily allocation of payments and receipts to customers and supply chain
– Contributing to the monthly management accounts pack, including dashboard reporting
– Posting authorisations within policy of all daily cashbook, monthly balance sheets and reconciliations and are reported accurately
– Reconciling all bank and cash accounts within the control environment to strict deadlines, providing quality control of daily cashbook and treasury process
– Responsible for changes to systems and user acceptance tested and signed off prior to deployment
– Accountable for weekly payments, review all faster payments, BACS, CHAPS and FCY payments

Candidate Profile

– Proven experience in technical accounting skills, with a focus on cash management
– High degree of analytical skills
– Prior experience monitoring and reporting compliance of treasury activities with approved policies
– Experience with SAGE 50, Sage Intact, Dynamics (or similar) systems is desirable
– Full or part qualified – ACA, CIMA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent (preferred not essential)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has Financial Controller experience, strong knowledge of POWER BI and manufacturing experience.

You will be required to:

* Assist in Cash flow reporting and forecasting
* Liaise with Bankers and external credit providers when required
* Liaise with credit insurers (overseas only) including declaration of overdue foreign
invoices to credit insurers and annual return
* Support the annual budget process
* Assist in the preparation of monthly Group management reporting pack
* Ensure Balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly
* Management of Fixed Assets investment process, including maintenance of fixed asset
register
* Monitor and control Overhead expenditure via monthly cost centre reporting, ensuring
SAP system structure is up to date and relevant
* Assist in annual audits, both UK and Group French audit
* Assist in the Annual stock-take process completed by the Production teams
* Collate annual statutory accounts, partnering with SLT members where required
* Drive improvement in SAP governance and process compliance
* Provide support to the Sales team to ensure minimum Group margin expectations are
met, including tender creation
* Management of IPR Chassis import declarations
* Monitor all tax and regulatory compliance issues, including VAT, ONS returns
* Control of Employee expenses online claim portal
* Management of Finance assistants
* Support the companies projects to upgrade from SAP bridge to SAP 4/HANA, group-wide roll
out programme
