Duties include:
– Dealing with telephone and email queries from customers in financial difficulties
– Setting up payment plans and collecting card payments
– Liaising with other operational departments involved in the customer journey and ensuring customers are satisfied at every stage
– Ensure all performance-related targets are achieved and maintained

– Previous experience in collections or claims handling is desirable

Service Manager – Production Machinery

Our client is a leading manufacturer of specialist machinery.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to be responsible for the development and growth of the customer service department and to be a key member of the senior Management team.

Responsibilities will include:

* Take ownership of the Aftersales/Service department leading a team of Service Engineers and Spares Team members.
* Hold full profit and loss responsibility for the Service department.
* Liaise with the sales team on new orders/installations provide estimates on logistics and allocate engineering resources.
* Visit customer sites occasionally.
* Regular service meetings with the engineers to keep up with current service visits or
breakdowns.
* Over-the-phone technical support and log all service and breakdown requests received by
phone, email or WhatsApp messaging.
* Preparing and sending quotes for service calls where necessary.
* Programme the works for engineers, taking into consideration job urgency, location,
travel time and skills and parts needed.
* Contact engineers daily to ascertain updates on the jobs given, any works outstanding status and cleared jobs.
* Provide follow-up quotes for works if required after the initial service visit.
* Process invoices on completion of works.
* Ensure that all records are updated and accurate on the Database.
* Responsible for maintenance contract costings, ensure all maintenance contracts are up to
date, send renewals when due and invoicing once agreed.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

* Manufacturing industry experience with a proven track record of managing budgets across a
Service function.
* Mechanically biased Engineer with experience in managing, mentoring, supporting, and
leading a service and maintenance team.
* Good understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing, and automated production
within the food industry.
* Passion for service and customer care.
* Proactive and able to resolve problems and challenges as they occur.
* Strong people management skills.

Basic duties will include:

Candidate requirements:

Due to growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with an electrical bias, to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing a range of machinery for clients based across the UK.

Responsibilities will include:

Fault diagnosing and repair (electrical and mechanical)
Troubleshooting known and unknown issues related to breakdown
Building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients
Training machinery operators
Maintaining a high level of health & safety at all times

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Electrical knowledge ranging from safety circuits, low voltage relay logic, and PLC control systems to high current power circuits including motors and heaters, as well as a strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a strong relationship with colleagues and clients at all levels
A full clean driving licence

I am currently working with a reputable fulfilment centre based in Paddock Wood which is looking to hire a dedicated and highly experienced Warehouse Supervisor for their team permanently.

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the goods-out team, overseeing inventory, order processing, distribution, and overseeing performance and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will oversee the warehouse facility’s daily operations by ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisorwill include, yet not be limited to;

* Set and monitor team KPIs to ensure targets are met
* Host daily meetings with the warehouse team to review priorities, address challenges, and set objectives for the day
* Provide training and development opportunities
* Act as the point of referral for crucial cases, such as inventory discrepancies or urgent orders
* Set up measures to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies
* Coordinate annual stock take and cycle counting procedures
* Follow proper slotting procedure to optimise warehouse layout and maximize efficiency
* Ensure compliance with H&S regulations
* Confirm order accuracy before shipping, ensuring high standards of quality control
* Investigate incidents and issue reports to management
* Foster a continuous improvement culture
* Monitor productivity and stock levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
* Utilise experience with 5S methodology to maintain an organised and efficient warehouse environment
* Ensure daily maintenance of warehouse equipment to reduce downtime

Candidate Profile

– Previous experience working in a similar fulfilment environment
– Demonstrate strong leadership skills in a previous supervisor role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
– Familiarity with relevant software systems and tools for inventory tracking and management
– Health and safety certification preferred
– Lean Six Sigma certification or training would be advantageous
– Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities will include:

Co-ordinate the efficient picking and packing of customer orders (picking, final finish, packaging, checking, loading and administration)
Manage ‘goods in’ (unloading, checking, storing and administration) from suppliers
Ensure that forklifts, counterbalance, and pallet pedestrian trucks are operated under the correct and safe working guidelines.
Storing and rotating stock according to company procedures, but in the most efficient process to alleviate any write-off of stock.
Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment
Responsible for the overall productivity within the goods in and goods out departments, maximizing space and supporting the growth of the business.
Support operational change and continuous improvement by providing continual enhancements to aid efficiency.
Maintain and improve team and personal KPI performance levels to maximize the efficiency of the operation and environment.
Recognize training needs and provide solutions to/for the team, implementing and maintaining accordingly.
Manage Warehouse weekly rota, ensuring that the mandatory breaks are implemented accordingly to comply with working time regulations and support the welfare of the team.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Be IT literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Have great interpersonal skills – the ability to work well in a team and be a good team player/leader of people.
Experienced with a good understanding of warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.

KHR are working with a specialist consultancy who provide financial advice and services to their established client base across London and the home counties.

At present they are looking to expand their team by adding an experienced Senior Finance Consultant who will manage some key clients across Surrey.

The role of the Senior Finance Consultant will be to service the business clients within the education sector, so previous experience providing financial advice to schools, academies and trusts would be advantageous.

Being a consultancy role its is essential that you drive and have access to your own vehicle so that you can reach client sites.

The core deliverables of the Senior Finance Consultant include:

· Training school finance staff on the relevant finance software we use,
· Absence cover for Finance Controller / CFO level roles,
· Preparation of monthly management accounts,
· Management of school budgets and forecasts,
· Assisting clients and auditors with the financial statements and year end audit,
· Reporting to Senior Management / Trustees
· Advising clients on best practice based on the Academies Financial Handbook.

Candidate Profile:

· Accountancy qualification – ACA or ACCA Qualified preferred. Will consider PQ or QBE
· Experience working in the education or charity sector
· Knowledge of PS Financials software would be desirable
· Be dedicated to delivering the best possible service to clients
· Be professional and presentable
· Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to speak to individuals of all levels
· Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
· Be able to pass a clean enhanced DBS check (initiated and funded by the business)
