Our client a leading specialist based in Borough Green are looking for an experienced Administrator to work in their small but lively office.
You will play a pivotal part of the team in updating the candidate and client database, answering telephone calls, updating job boards with exciting new opportunities and helping the Marketing and Office Manager with social media promotions when needed. You will also assist in the development and management of systems and policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience coupled with excellent attention to detail. You will be a team player, enthusiastic and driven to make things happen.
Skills and attributes
Confident telephone manner
Strong integrity, patience and resilience
MS Office skills
Understanding of social media platforms
Working hours are 9-5.30pm with a finish at 5pm on a Friday
20 days holiday increasing 1 per day for every year of service
