We are currently recruiting for a fantastic financial services organisation that are seeking to recruit an experience Customer Services Administrator to join their team on a 9-month fixed term contract.
The role will require you to deal daily with large volumes of calls from clients and Brokers, as well as receiving instruction via email.
You will be responsible for handling all day to day aspects of maintaining policies and work closely within our existing Customer Service team and alongside Underwriters.
Duties will include:
*Answer incoming calls assist with queries, and the administration of policies
*Answer emails from external contacts who may be requesting a quotation or cancellation along with general queries and requests
*Process card payments
*Handle renewal of policies and issue documentation
*Call clients back who have left messages with our out of hours messaging service
Skills and experience required:
*Office based customer service experience is vital, ideally this would have been gained from a FS industry background
*Outstanding telephone manner and all-round good communication skills, written and verbal
*Proficient computer user with intermediate to advanced Word and Excel skills
*Strong administrative and data entry skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Personable, shows empathy, enthusiastic,
*Works well under pressure, organisational skills incl. time management
*Maths and English GCSE grade C and above (or equivalent)
