Position Overview

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, from receiving and inspecting goods to picking and packing customer orders to an exceptional standard. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment will be key to the company’s success.

Responsibilities

Assist with unloading vehicles and receiving and inspecting goods
Sort and place materials on racks and shelves
Schedule and pick customer and production orders
Pack customer orders to an exceptional standard
Perform daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Assist with inventory audits and maintain a minimum of 98% stock accuracy
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company procedures
Use a PC and a handheld scanner for data input and communicate with other departments

Requirements

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others
High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality output under pressure
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure

* Follow instructions

Position Overview

As a Qualified Accountant, you will play a crucial role in preparing accounts for a diverse range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, LLPs, and Companies. Your expertise will ensure that accounts are accurate and review-ready, contributing to the practice’s commitment to delivering exceptional financial services to their valued client base.

Responsibilities

– Prepare accounts from client records for various entity types to a review-ready level
– Obtain explanations and information from clients to ensure accuracy and completeness
– Provide clients with year-end adjustments and assist Directors with tagged accounts for Corporation tax returns
– Offer bookkeeping advice and support to clients
– Prepare quarterly VAT returns and monthly CIS returns

Candidate Profile

– Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience within an accountancy practice environment
– At least Level 3 AAT Qualified

KHR is working with a reputable fulfilment centre based in Paddock Wood who is looking to hire a Forklift Driver on a temporary to permanent basis.

The Forklift Driver will work for approximately 12 full weeks before moving into a permanent role. In addition, you will get the opportunity to do a conversation course, enabling you to operate a Pivot Steer/Bendi/Flexi FLT Truck.

Responsibilities of the Forklift Driver will include:

– Operating Bendi / Flexi / Pivot Steer FLT (once trained)
– Heavy Lifting when required
– Handling inbound goods, outbound orders
– Maintaining accurate inventory and stock-level records
– Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are followed

Candidate Profile

– Must hold a valid external Reach Truck licence
– Prior experience working in a busy warehouse
– Have an adequate understanding of the English language for H&S
– Own and wear a pair of safety boots and a Hi-vis jacket

Shift Pattern:

Monday – Friday: 12pm – 10pm
Saturday: 8am – 6pm

Position Overview

As a Warehouse fulfilment operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching orders while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.

Shift Pattern

You will be scheduled to work 5 shifts per week. Shifts are subject to change and will be based on the department in which you are working.

– Monday to Friday: 8 am – 6 pm
– Saturday: 8 am – 6 pm
– Sunday: 10 am – 8 pm

Responsibilities

– Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for dispatch
– Pack orders from small single items to large complex multi-item orders
– Utilise digital devices to process orders and manage inventory
– Receive, check, and book in incoming stock, organising and putting away goods
