Our client is a bespoke relocation company specialising in tailored moving solutions, logistics, and secure warehousing facilities.

As a Relocation Manager, you will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring a seamless door-to-door transportation service. You will coordinate all aspects of specialist moves, particularly in fine art logistics, contributing directly to the company’s reputation for exceptional service and client satisfaction.

This role requires candidates to be fluent in French (both verbal and written).

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate all aspects of door-to-door moves for clients.
– Act as the single point of contact for assignees.
– Arrange pre-move surveys and provide accurate quotes.
– Book and manage approved supplier partners effectively.
– Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates.
– Ensure data integrity in the operational system.
– Prepare sales invoices and approve supplier costs.

Requirements:

– Experience within the Removals industry.
– A customer-focused approach with great communication skills.
– Experience in Domestic & International Household Goods (HHG’s) Forwarding.

My client is looking for a highly accurate, reliable Finance & Royalties Clerk to join their finance team on a part-time basis. This role would suit someone with strong payroll experience and a good understanding of finance processes. The position will support day-to-day finance operations and ensure accuracy, confidentiality and compliance across both company and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
– Processing weekly and monthly payroll, including statutory deductions
– Supporting accounts payable and receivable activities
– Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
– Completing bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end / quarter-end reporting
– Liaising with HR and HMRC where required
– Handling payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner
– Posting royalties and client fees onto an internal system (full training provided)
– Assisting with general admin and ad-hoc finance duties

Requirements
– Proven experience with SAGE Line 50 and SAGE Payroll – essential
– Background in payroll processing and finance administration
– Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join a busy and supportive team within a well-established electrical manufacturing company based in Tunbridge Wells (High Brooms). This is a temporary position running until at least the end of the year, with the potential for extension.

As a Production Operative, you’ll be involved in the assembly and production of electrical components and systems, working from detailed drawings and written instructions. This role focuses on setting up and using machines for daily production runs as well as loading and unloading raw or blended materials into machines for batch production, plus all the other standard duties.

Responsibilities of the Production Operative will include;

– Prepare, set up, and operate machinery (training provided)
– Load, unload, weigh, and record materials accurately according to filling records
– Monitor machine performance and carry out quality checks during production
– Fill, label, and pack products (tubes, jars, bottles, containers) as per procedures
– Maintain accurate records for traceability, including GR and batch numbers
– Clean and sanitise equipment after each run to prevent contamination
– Move, transport, and store materials and finished goods using mechanical aids
– Pick stock from the warehouse and assist with stock checks/annual stocktake
– Maintain a clean, safe working environment and comply with PPE requirements
