The Machine Operator is a full-time role, 45 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm. The salary offered is £30,888 per annum

The role of the Machine Operator will be to manage setup, tune-up, and monitor semi-
automated machinery to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness with minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate would need to be hard-working, proactive, organised, with a passion for detail and quality, a good motivator of people and lead by example.

The Role
* Setting up the case packer/labeller machines ready for production.
* Running routine maintenance of machinery.
* Ensuring quality and productivity targets are met consistently.
* Attention to detail and adjusting the machine as needed to improve Quality and
maintain line speeds.
* Carry out in-process Quality checks at specified intervals and record downtime.
* Full ownership of machine performance.

· Knowledge of PS Financials/IRIS Financials software would be desirable
