Position Overview

You will support the HSE Manager by monitoring data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping to maintain a safe working environment for everyone. Responsibilities

– Verify waste transfer data to ensure regulatory compliance.
– Monitor and analyse environmental data for internal reporting.
– Prepare clear and accurate internal and external reports.

– Organise and deliver health, safety, and environmental training.
– Conduct internal audits and support external inspections.
– Help develop and implement new safety policies and procedures.

– Demonstrated ability in a similar compliance or HS&E role
– Knowledge of ISO systems
– NEBOSH certified (desirable)

– The ability to work independently on routine tasks
– Strong attention to detail for accurate data and reporting
– Experience in a manufacturing environment

Role and Responsibilities of the Finance Compliance Analyst

– Standardise existing SOX controls and compliance processes

– Lead financial and business process optimisation projects
– Develop and maintain financial dashboards using Power BI

Candidate Profile

– CIMA or ACCA qualification, or qualified by experience

– Basic understanding of SOX compliance

Main Duties
– Prepare parts for wet painting, including drilling, filling, sanding, shot blasting, sealing, cleaning, degreasing, and masking.
– Use power tools such as grinders, drills, and sanders.
– Mask threads and bores to protect from damage and paint ingress.
– Handle and move components through blasting and washing equipment.
– Hang, unload, and pack painted components safely and efficiently.
– Carry out daily cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping duties.
– Follow all Health & Safety and environmental procedures, including correct use of PPE and waste disposal.
