Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 5:15 and Friday 9:00 to 17:00
You will be reporting to the Employee Benefits Manager

My client is looking for a strong Employee Benefits Administrator with experience in the financial or insurance sector.

As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you will be working within the Employee Benefits Team, you will play a vital role in providing essential administrative support. Your responsibilities will focus on assisting with the management of client accounts, supporting sales activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of the company’s employee benefits services. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be key in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing significantly to the department’s overall achievements.

Good proficiency in using company systems and procedures for maintaining client records (e.g., EPIC, MS Office, insurer online quotation systems, insurer broker portals, credit control, and accounts functions).

Insurance Market Knowledge
Understanding key compliance principles and standards required by the company and the FCA would be an advantage.
Good communication and organisational skills with the ability to work within defined procedures, and plan and organise work demands.

Part-Time Accounts Assistant

We have a fantastic role for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a well established local business on a part-time basis.

Due to retirement, an opportunity has arisen to join a friendly, small accounts team reporting into the Head of Finance at their offices in Wrotham.

The Accounts Assistant will deal predominantly with purchase ledger, but additional duties will include sales invoicing, credit control and dealing with company credit cards. They currently use Sage but are moving over to Xero in the next few months, so a good understanding of both would be advantageous.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday circa 30 hours a week which they can be flexible with. Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata’d), then an additional day at 3 years, another at 5 years, another at 10 years and 2 more at 15 year. Pension of 8% plus Vitality Healthcare.

Core shift will be Monday to Friday 12pm – 10pm, but you MUST be available to work weekends when required (Saturday 8am – 6pm and Sunday 10am – 8pm)

There are slots available in the following teams:

– Goods-out
– Replenishment
– Order picking
– Order packing

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operatives

– Processing goods-out
– Replenishing stock
– Picking orders
– Packing order
– Sorting stock
– Maintaining general cleanliness of the warehouse
– Adhering to H&S regulations
– Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as advised by the Warehouse Manager

Candidate Profile

KHR is working with a leading manufacturer in the outskirts of Maidstone who is looking for an Assembly Fitter to join their team! If you are someone who loves technical and physically demanding roles, then this is the role for you!

Assembly Fitter duties include:
– To fit and assemble fabricated parts or subassemblies
– To be able to set up hydraulic & electrical systems including pressure testing
– To install hydraulic & pneumatic pipes and lines
– To install valves, pumps, and motors
– To complete electrical tasks such as laying, connecting, and securing wiring looms
– To complete fault diagnosis and ensure basic checks are complete on all electronic installs
– To be able to dismantle faulty assemblies and repair or replace defective parts
– To be able to use and adapt to air tools or socket sets
– To be able to lift and set large and awkward components
– To provide support with design/development tasks through the use of Engineer change notes/BOM variance

Candidate profile:
– Served technical apprenticeship or equivalent training
– Good technical knowledge of the products, with a willingness to undertake training
– Good communication skills
– Team player
– Excellent attention to detail
– Must be physically fit and cope with standing for long periods
