A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Controller to join a manufacturing company that takes pride in their staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has Financial Controller experience, strong knowledge of POWER BI and manufacturing experience.

You will be required to:

* Assist in Cash flow reporting and forecasting
* Liaise with Bankers and external credit providers when required
* Liaise with credit insurers (overseas only) including declaration of overdue foreign
invoices to credit insurers and annual return
* Support the annual budget process
* Assist in the preparation of monthly Group management reporting pack
* Ensure Balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly
* Management of Fixed Assets investment process, including maintenance of fixed asset
register
* Monitor and control Overhead expenditure via monthly cost centre reporting, ensuring
SAP system structure is up to date and relevant
* Assist in annual audits, both UK and Group French audit
* Assist in the Annual stock-take process completed by the Production teams
* Collate annual statutory accounts, partnering with SLT members where required
* Drive improvement in SAP governance and process compliance
* Provide support to the Sales team to ensure minimum Group margin expectations are
met, including tender creation
* Management of IPR Chassis import declarations
* Monitor all tax and regulatory compliance issues, including VAT, ONS returns
* Control of Employee expenses online claim portal
* Management of Finance assistants
* Support the companies projects to upgrade from SAP bridge to SAP 4/HANA, group-wide roll
out programme

Customer Liaison Executive

We are currently working with a leading specialist business based in Slough.

Due to growth, they are seeking a Client Liaison Executive to join their customer services department working in their laboratory environment. This role is offered on a temp-perm basis.

Responsibilities will include:

Ensure all queries and calls are dealt with in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
Manage customer and lab requirements using the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Ensure couriers perform collections for customer samples.
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard.
Liaise with the team to ensure all reports are sent to the client on time.
Ensure that clients are kept up to date with updates and changes.

Supply Chain Coordinator

We are currently working with a leading Fresh Produce business based near Maidstone.

Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their established team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a shift-based role working 5 days per week to support the activities of the operation, the workload of which varies by season. Hours are 6.30 am-3.30 pm working every other weekend with 1 fixed day off during the week.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for:

· Import, check, and distribute all Customer orders
· Plan a wide range of customer orders efficiently and accurately throughout the day
· Liaise with Account Managers, Planners and MRP teams for the allocation of daily customer orders
· Discuss and confirm any required changes to the Day 1 supply
· Process customer orders through internal systems
· Maintain and update relevant customer order requirements using various customer-specific portals, websites and forms to support the right-first-time processing of orders
· Plan, Book and Distribute all haulage details from all Grower sites and update with any amendments using various haulier and customer portals and internal forms using internal systems
· Monitoring and checking post-delivery orders and resolving any overs/shorts and claim issues arising from completed customer orders
· Obtain any relevant paperwork that can be used in support of any claim
· Monitoring daily system checks have run and are completed as expected so the following day runs smoothly

Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a Stores/Dispatch Assistant to join their team full-time and permanently.

The Stores/Dispatch Assistant will allocate materials, fixtures and fittings to the Production team. They will also assist in processing goods-in-stock, helping with stocktake duties and moving materials/products between the production halls.

Key Duties:

* Responsible for managing the inbound process of goods inwards
* Ensure accurate stock systems records are maintained
* Assisting with annual stock take
* Issuing stock internally, whilst maintaining storage disciplines, systems and records
* Packing of goods for shipment to customer sites
* Checking each item when packing for any visual defects, and highlighting these defects to the Quality team.
* Following all packing instructions provided on the Works Order
* Liaising with Dispatch Dept confirming order completion
* Assisting team members with organising and maintaining stocks of packing materials

Essential Skills:

* At least 1 year’s transferable experience
* Computer literate – strong IT skills, ideally ERP system experience
* Capable of effective multi-tasking
* Attention to detail essential
* Team player possessing good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
* Physically fit, due to the fact there is some lifting required

Duties will include:

Answer the phone/emails: Respond to calls and emails from customers and take details
of new bookings.
Handle call-outs: Respond to call-outs and take details of the requirement.
Arrange bookings: Liaise with installers, find the appropriate resource for a job,
and make the booking between them and the client.
Manage the information per booking: Enter all information into the in-house systems, and issue the correct paperwork.
Payments: Take payment for the work, and liaise with Accounts to trade customers.
Manage queries: Handle any queries about installation projects as they arise and manage
day-to-day issues such as cancellations / re-bookings.
General admin: Keep accurate digital and paper records of work completed and keep
filing up to date.

We are currently recruiting for a National Refrigeration/Air Conditioning business who have been established for over 30 years and boasts an annual turnover exceeding £10 Million, they currently employ approximately 140 members of staff including 100 engineers.

Due to business growth, they are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer who is capable of working on a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning (80% refrigeration-focused) equipment including:
* Splits
* VRV’s
* Walk-in chillers/freezers
* Commercial refrigerators
* Cellar cooling
* Ice machines

The starting salary will be £40,000 basic per annum with regular overtime that will see you earn anywhere from £1,000-2,000+ per month extra. They do operate an on-call rota which is one in every four weeks and one night a week. This role will be covering the Reading and Guildford areas as a territory.

The role:

– Attending customer sites (mostly pubs, restaurants, hospitality etc.) daily
– Interacting with customers

The person:

– F-Gas certified/NVQ 2/City & Guilds in Refrigeration
– Full driving licence
– Previous experience as a Field or Service Engineer in refrigeration/air conditioning is essential

20 days’ annual leave. Annual leave will increase by 1 day per holiday year from the 3rd year of service, capped at 5 additional days.
