We are currently recruiting for a reliable and dedicated Yard Person on behalf of our client.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to the smooth operation of their yard and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

-Ensure cleanliness and organisation in the yard, offices, and workshops
-Carry out general maintenance tasks around the premises
-Assist with yard checks
-Manage vehicle movements on-site to maintain safety and efficiency
-you may need to deliver and collect vehicles to external locations
-Support with various ad-hoc duties as required

Key Requirements:

-Full clean HGV Class 2 UK driving licence
-Forklift licence (preferred but not essential; training can be provided)

Key Responsibilities:

-Sourcing and purchasing parts for the fleet
-Receiving and accurately recording stock from suppliers

Essential Skills and Experience:

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an Administrator to join their established team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working closely with all operational departments, the Administrator will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, scheduling of works and service-related activities for the engineering team, and acting as a support function to operations management and supervisors.

Responsibilities will include:

* To provide outstanding Customer Service at all times and answer incoming calls and emails professionally
* Raising work orders for all customer callouts, PPMs, and associated tasks
* Scheduling engineering calls, PPMs and quoted works assigning engineering resources to tasks ensuring the SLA of the task is achieved, and booking works with the site
* Applying for all appropriate permits/hire of equipment to ensure completion of tasks
* Working together with the Contract Administration team to monitor the engineer’s work schedule daily, ensuring workloads and routes are planned for maximum efficiency for cost-effectiveness and Customer KPI requirements
* Monitor and update all relevant customer portals as and where needed with updates on the status of open jobs

Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their established team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a shift-based role working 5 days per week to support the activities of the operation, the workload of which varies by season. Hours are 6.30 am-3.30 pm working every other weekend with 1 fixed day off during the week.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for:

· Import, check, and distribute all Customer orders
· Plan a wide range of customer orders efficiently and accurately throughout the day
· Liaise with Account Managers, Planners and MRP teams for the allocation of daily customer orders
· Discuss and confirm any required changes to the Day 1 supply
· Process customer orders through internal systems
· Maintain and update relevant customer order requirements using various customer-specific portals, websites and forms to support the right-first-time processing of orders
· Plan, Book and Distribute all haulage details from all Grower sites and update with any amendments using various haulier and customer portals and internal forms using internal systems
· Monitoring and checking post-delivery orders and resolving any overs/shorts and claim issues arising from completed customer orders
· Obtain any relevant paperwork that can be used in support of any claim
· Monitoring daily system checks have run and are completed as expected so the following day runs smoothly

Key Duties:

* Responsible for managing the inbound process of goods inwards

KHR is working with a leading manufacturer on the outskirts of Maidstone who is looking for a Paint Preparation Operative to join their team! If you or someone you know are an experienced Paint Prepper with excellent attention to detail, then this is the role for you

Duties include:
– To prepare fabricated parts for wet painting including drilling, fettling, filling,
sanding shot blasting, sealing, washing, cleaning degreasing, and masking of
components.
– Using power tools for drilling, grinding, and sanding component surfaces in line with the company’s processes
– Masking of threads and bores to protect from shot blast damage and paint ingress
– Handling these components through the blast equipment and washing equipment to achieve a good surface finish and high cleanliness level ready to accept the paint.
– Hanging components in an efficient manner for priming, painting, and baking
– Unloading components and packing for delivery to production areas and stores ensuring the paint finish is not damaged
– Day-to-day monitoring of the blast profiles
– Daily cleaning of prep lines and prep bays
– To take personal responsibility for the PPE issued and ensure it is kept in good condition at all times
– To clean and carry out regular preventative maintenance tasks on the shot blast
– Daily and weekly 5s and housekeeping duties
– To comply at all times with the company H&S policy and to ensure that all work is carried out in line with the relevant Risk Assessments
– To adhere to the Company’s environmental policies and legal duties, specifically control of emissions, management of solvents, and the disposal and recycling of
waste products
