In this role, you will be responsible for:
– Book servicing appointments and managing compliance
– Assign work to engineers and update their work schedules
– Produce monthly invoices and report to clients on compliance and service delivery
– Perform data entry using servicing databases
– Handle calls from residents regarding breakdowns and provide excellent customer service

Candidate Profile:
– Strong administration experience
– Previous experience scheduling works/engineers
– Excellent telephone and communication skills
– Strong IT skills e.g MS Office
– Highly organised

Position Overview

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls using the BT phone system, providing excellent customer service and transferring calls as needed

Perform accurate data entry into the company’s CRM system, maintaining detailed records

Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely processing and distribution

Liaise with Courts and other relevant parties to facilitate claims processing

Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, adapting to the needs of the team

Requirements

Proficiency in data entry

Experience with phone systems is preferred

As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you will be working within the Employee Benefits Team, you will play a vital role in providing essential administrative support. Your responsibilities will focus on assisting with the management of client accounts, supporting sales activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of the company’s employee benefits services. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be key in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing significantly to the department’s overall achievements.

Good proficiency in using company systems and procedures for maintaining client records (e.g., EPIC, MS Office, insurer online quotation systems, insurer broker portals, credit control, and accounts functions).

Our client is a leading national construction business established for almost 20 years

The Junior Buyer will work within the Procurement team and assist them with their day-to-day tasks including:

Create and manage purchase, hire, and sub-contract orders
Liaise with Project Managers regarding items purchased and delivery dates
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Ensure all suppliers are approved
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
Monitor spend against budgets
Respond to any internal and external queries
Stock control

To be the Junior Buyer the ideal candidate must be confident using Outlook email and speaking on the phone. You will need to be physically fit in order to occasionally bring deliveries in and move stock in the yard as necessary. Attention to detail and basic maths is essential. Prior knowledge of building materials and an interest in the construction industry is desirable. Being able to prioritise and manage tasks is another key skill.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, growing business that can offer full training for someone looking to take on their first or second job as a Junior Buyer.

Hours will be Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm. Starting salary of between £19,150 and £25,000 depending on experience.

A starting salary of £23,100pa increasing to £24,412 after 12 months.

Hours: 7 am – 3 pm

As the Stores/Logistics Assistant, you will be required to provide support to the store and logistics departments.

Stores/Logistics Assistant responsibilities include:

* Using the vac-forming machine, making the moulds for packaging trays
* Stores component parts in bins according to assigned bin location.
* Distributes stock to production workers, keeping records of material issued.
* Completes cycle counts.
* Upkeep of the stores for neatness of stockroom, following FIFO ‘first in, first out’ procedures
and maintenance of stock locations to accommodate changes, additions and deletions.
* Dispose of all incoming packing materials in a safe and appropriate manner.
* Chemical Control & Disposal
* Ability to apply Computer knowledge. Microsoft Excel
* Pack finished goods – Final Inspection
* Assist in the generation and maintenance of all necessary filing and scanning.
* Perform all work accurately and timely.
* Other duties that maybe designated for the needs of the business.

Due to the rural location, a full driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

-Sourcing and purchasing parts for the fleet
-Receiving and accurately recording stock from suppliers
-Allocating parts and conducting regular stock checks

Essential Skills and Experience:

-Minimum of 2 year’s purchasing experience (motor trade experience is advantageous)
