We are working exclusively with a leading Repairs and Maintenance business based in Wrotham

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

The Business Support Coordinator will support the administration of management and operational systems and be expected to provide high-quality internal support and customer service, as well as carry out day-to-day administrative tasks to a high standard.

Responsibilities will include:

* Oversee the administration of the Group Works Tracker and Subcontractor database

* Maintain the information contained in the Group CAFM system.

* Support Project Managers with the production of quotes, placing Subcontractor Orders, purchasing, and ensuring all necessary access permits are obtained.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

● Excellent administrative, organisational, and resource management skills.

● Hands-on experience with service delivery-focused software.

● Excellent written and oral communication skills

● Excellent IT skills

● Experience in managing a diverse workload with multiple work streams

● A good team player with a high level of interpersonal skills

Our client is a leading manufacturer based in Birmingham and is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Supervisor to join their team. If you are an experienced Project Supervisor with a background in engineering, mechanically-minded, and a strong leader – this is the role for you!

Position Overview
As a Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing both civil and mechanical aspects of projects, ensuring their smooth execution and successful completion. You will be responsible for managing supplier tenders, assessments, and procurement processes, as well as supervising the relocation of equipment. This position requires close collaboration with site management, suppliers, contractors, and various departments to ensure project objectives are met.

Responsibilities
– Act as project lead for civil and mechanical elements, including tender processes and equipment relocation
– Participate in the development of designs, assessments, and procurement processes for key process plant
– Define and produce the scope of supply to support accurate project costs
– Assist in the implementation of process improvements to existing plant
– Produce detailed cost estimates for revenue or capital projects
– Correspond and conduct meetings with suppliers, progress chasing their deliveries
– Specify and check drawings required for component production and installation
– Plan and program project steps, from preliminary work to installation
– Supervise project site work, coordinating trades and activities
– Coordinate commissioning and compile operating instructions and documentation
– Liaise with Production and Maintenance Departments
– Maintain budget and ensure best value at all times
– Ensure compliance with relevant legislation & contractor control procedures

Requirements
– HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (essential)
– Experience managing projects from concept to completion (essential)
– Strong safety culture (essential)
– Budget control exp (desirable)
– SAP knowledge (desirable)
– PM experience – engineering background
