KHR are working with a fast-growing operations and fulfilment business that is seeking an organised and proactive Stock Controller to join their operations team.

The company supports ambitious online brands by delivering smart and reliable warehousing, fulfilment, and logistics solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a highly organised individual to help maintain stock accuracy and ensure the smooth flow of inventory across a busy omnichannel operation.

Role Overview

The Stock Controller will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory across the warehouse environment. Working closely with warehouse, client services, and operations teams, you will ensure stock integrity while supporting efficient order processing and service delivery for multiple clients and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

– Maintain accurate inventory records within internal systems and associated platforms
– Monitor stock levels to support same-day dispatch and agreed service levels
– Conduct daily cycle counts and scheduled stock audits
– Investigate, report, and resolve stock discrepancies
– Manage goods-in processes, including booking, validation, and put-away
– Oversee internal stock movements across locations and sales channels
– Process returns, quarantined stock, and quality checks
– Communicate stock issues proactively to internal teams
– Identify slow-moving or aged stock and escalate where required
– Support peak trading periods and promotional activity
– Ensure compliance with internal procedures and health & safety standards
– Produce regular inventory reports for internal stakeholders and clients

Candidate Profile

– Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and manage inventory data
– Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Understanding of stock control, SKU management, and multi-channel operations
– Experience within warehouse, retail, eCommerce, or fulfilment environments is beneficial
– Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is advantageous

The Stock Controller will be scheduled to work 5 days per week across 7 days. Typical hours of work are 12pm – 10pm.

KHR are working with a fast-growing operations and fulfilment business that is seeking an organised and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of its multi-channel supply chain.

This role sits within the supply chain team and works closely with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal operations teams to ensure orders, materials, and services move efficiently across fulfilment, packaging, contract packing, manufacturing, and distribution activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supply chain, logistics, or operations experience who enjoys coordinating workflows, managing operational processes, and working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Support day-to-day supply chain operations across fulfilment, packaging, manufacturing, and logistics activities
– Coordinate contract packing projects from order confirmation through to completion
– Act as the central point of contact for customers on contract packing jobs, providing updates on order progress and resolving queries
– Process and manage production orders, purchase orders, and job administration
– Manage order processing, documentation, and invoicing across supply chain activities
– Monitor raw material and packaging requirements and coordinate replenishment with suppliers
– Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes for packaging materials
– Assist with custom packaging projects, coordinating communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams
– Arrange and manage inbound and outbound transport bookings with logistics partners
– Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays
– Maintain accurate order, stock, and financial data within supply chain systems
– Provide operational and administrative support to the Head of Supply Chain
– Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes

Candidate Profile

– Experience in a supply chain, logistics, operations, procurement, or administrative role
– Experience processing orders, purchase orders, production orders, and invoices
– Experience working with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics providers
– Exposure to manufacturing, packaging, fulfilment, or distribution environments
– Experience coordinating transport or logistics bookings
– Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
– Comfortable using ERP/WMS systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office
– Able to work with stock, order, and demand data to support operations
– Strong communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach
– Able to work independently while collaborating across teams

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

– Supporting the operation of a water treatment plant, including sampling and water quality testing
– Ensuring critical systems operate within required performance parameters

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team within Technical Services. This is a senior role with responsibility for people management, budgets, contracts, and a diverse engineering and infrastructure portfolio.

You will have overall responsibility for the management, delivery, and financial control of the Engineering Team, ensuring high-quality delivery of engineering, asset management, CCTV, car parking, and infrastructure services in line with organisational priorities, legislative requirements, and financial constraints.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide strategic and operational management of the Engineering Team, including CCTV and car park maintenance and inspection
– Lead, manage and develop staff, including appraisal, deployment, motivation and discipline
– Manage service budgets, ensuring effective financial control and value for money
– Act as the Service lead for Health and Safety and represent the Service on the corporate Health and Safety Group
– Assist the Head of Technical Services with operational management, service priorities, policy development and performance monitoring
– Manage and deliver engineering projects relating to car parking, drainage, bridges and organisational land assets
– Oversee inspection, maintenance and management of bridges
– Manage winter maintenance and drainage inspection regimes
– Oversee the Electric Vehicle charge point contract within car parks
– Liaise with partners and contractors in relation to CCTV operations and contracts
– Assist with flooding issues and liaise with relevant external agencies
– Prepare reports, management information and statutory returns accurately and on time
– Support the Head of Technical Services with budget preparation and financial management
– Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, Standing Orders and Financial Rules

Essential Requirements

– Experience managing engineering or technical services
– Proven experience in managing staff, budgets and contracts
– Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance
– Experience in project and asset management
– Ability to produce clear professional reports and provide technical advice
– Full driving licence
